Role of Tokairo Professional Services

Delivering outstanding experience in document management, Tokairo’s success is based on identifying and understanding our customers’ business processes first in order to streamline operations, reduce costs and provide a rapid return on investment. The Tokairo Professional Services team evaluates these requirements and then recommend business process improvements based on using TokOpen. A solution is then designed and implemented to meet the customer’s needs.

This collaborative approach ensures that the Tokairo Professional Services team works closely with customers throughout the project life cycle ensuring that goals and objectives are achieved and that the customer’s expectations are met and that they are able to take full advantage of the powerful functionality of TokOpen.

Tokairo recognises that all customers will have different requirements and processes; even if a solution is being implemented within the same business environment e.g. accounts payable. The role of the Professional Services team ensures that customers are provided with a genuinely tailored solution to meet their needs and not an ‘out of the box’ solution.

Tokairo Professional Services also manages and co-ordinates the Training Services offered to customers during a project. This includes a series of Certified Training Courses which can be run at any time during the project life cycle. Every delegate receives their own Training Pack including Course Manual that acts as a reference guide, Trainer’s Notes, Reference CD and Case Studies. All delegates receive a certificate for completing the course.
